By definition, a storage solution, also known as battery, is not something new. In short it stands for a voltaic cell that contains inside a combination of many electrochemical Galvanic cells of identical type to store chemical energy. These cells create a voltage difference between the terminals of each cell and hence to its combination in battery. When an external electrical circuit is connected to the battery, then the battery drives electrons through the circuit and electrical work is done.
Our large scale, rechargeable batteries work upon the same principle but on a much more complex level. Different in design, and superior in efficiency, our Lithium Polymer batteries have been developed in conjunction with world renowned scientists and partners including the Korean battery manufacturer Kokam.
With a storage capacity of 50MWh (expected to increase significantly over the next few years), excellent efficiency rates of over 97% , unique nano technology and a record cycle life capability of almost 6000, this storage solution is adaptable to the needs of the customer, both in specification and kind.
As a fully integrated system, with an IT and monitoring structure, as well as safety and heat regulators, converters, switches etc… the large scale battery is capable to stabilize and match the supply of electricity according to demand, and safe for example utility companies and governments millions of expenses.
