FIRST-AID SOLUTION TO E-MOBILITY: THE FIRST MOBILE CHARGING STATION
FIRST-AID SOLUTION TO E-MOBILITY: THE FIRST MOBILE CHARGING STATION Zuerich, Switzerland - 20th May 2010 – Nation-E AG, the Swiss Green Energy company, based in Pfaeffikon is ready to introduce its first mobile charging solution NationMobile Angel Car®. Nation-E is launching the first mobile charging energy system for electric cars that are stranded on the road. Developed as a solution to “range anxiety”, the system offers a means to charge electric cars that run out of energy. Nation-E has developed this solution employing its expertise in large scale battery management systems, and is delighted to showcase the solution this summer in Berlin in front of key industry players and politicians. The demonstrative road show will continue on an international scale, visiting Israel, USA and other countries. The principle is simple, yet effective and reminds of first-aid break-down service, where a big carrier with an over-size battery recharges a stranded vehicle via a tube, so that the stranded vehicle can continue on his path towards a nearby charging station. The company Nation-E is owned by Mr. Daniel Jammer, an entrepreneur, an industrialist and a specialist in the aerospace industries. Mr. Jammer was the biggest producer of Titanium around the globe. Currently Mr. Jammer has been dedicating considerable funds towards clean tech entities such as Nation-E. Munich, 09th October 2009 – Nation-E AG is announcing an exclusive event themed as “an evening full of positive energy” during the E-Car-Tec 2009 exhibition on Tuesday, the 13th October 2009 in central Munich. The management team of Nation-E is launching its revolutionary concept of Mega-Watt storage for smart grid infrastructure. Nation-E president Mr. Daniel Jammer will be presenting the storage solution concept in front of a very exclusive guest-list with key players from industry and government. Amongst the distinguished guests are representatives from various utility companies, car and battery manufacturers and well-known personalities from sports and the media. For more information, please contact Karina Goldberg on kg@nation-e.com Zurich, 4th September 2009 – After excessive interest from industry and the media, Micro Finance Investment AG reveals today its battery company Nation-E www.nation-e.com. Nation-E will provide large scale storage solutions using Kokam’s Lithium Polymer cells, hereby revolutionizing the energy supply system. Other partners are yet to be revealed. The first 1 MW battery is already in production, and will hit the market in six months from now. Applicable as a storage system for smart grid, the 1 MW battery is the first of its kind, being both technologically and commercially ahead of its competitors. Nation-E announced further the joint venture with the Italian luxury yacht manufacturer Leopard. In cooperation, Nation-E and Leopard Yachts are set to commence the development of a state-of-the-art, free emission, 34 meter long luxury yacht. The solution would contain a fully integrated system with electric motors, and is anticipated to be revealed in 18 months from now. The vision of Nation-E and Leopard is to demonstrate to the world the revolutionary technology with its long term goal to achieve zero emission sea travel. This challenging project will bear fruition with appropriate support, and governments will be approached in the near future to join the project. More details are set to be revealed in a joint statement during the Cannes Yacht Show between the 9th and the 14th September 2009. The joint venture was signed today in Munich between Mr. Daniel Jammer, the CEO of Nation-E and Mr. Vincenzo Moccia, the CEO of Leopard Yachts.
